Frequently Asked Questions
Why doesn't the cider concentrate spoil if it does not contain preservatives?
When cider is highly concentrated, the liquids evaporate and the solids and acids in the cider condense. With no water left and the concentrated acids from the apples, no bacteria can grow. In a way, the concentrated apples act as their own preservative, so we don't need to add anything else.
What is the shelf life of the cider concentrate?
Our cider concentrate will last 18 months or more with no refrigeration required.
Is there a minimum order for your cider concentrate?
We sell our concentrate by the case. One case contains 4
1/2 gallon jugs, a 1 oz. dispensing pump, and an assortment
of recipes for you to try.
How many servings will I get out of one case?
There are 256- 8 oz. servings in one case of our cider concentrate.
