Spiced Cider Turkey Brine Recipe

16 oz. Spiced Apple Cider Concentrate
1 Gallon of water
1.5 Cup Kosher salt
2 oranges zested and sliced
6 cloves of garlic crushed
1 small bunch fresh rosemary
1 small bunch fresh thyme
1 small bunch fresh sage
4 bay leaves
2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns

In a large stock pot combine all ingredients and heat until salt is dissolved
Allow to cool and place the turkey in the pot, or use a brining bag.
Brine for 24 hour, occasionally rotating the turkey
