For years our family has tinkered around with new and exciting cider based beverages. In that time we've been fortunate enough to have plenty of willing guinea pigs when it comes to taste testing. Below are some of the gems we've uncovered from scavenging recipe books, polling customers, and experimenting at holiday parties. We are always on the lookout for interesting new applications for our hot spiced apple cider concentrate, so if you come up with a good one, feel free to drop us a line.

  • Sparkling Cider
  • 1 oz. Cider Concentrate
    7 oz. Sparkling water
    Stir Gently
  • Cider Float
  • 1 oz. Cider Concentrate
    7 oz. Ginger ale
    Scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • Apple Raspberry Cooler
  • 1 oz. Cider Concentrate
    1/4 oz. Raspberry syrup
    7 oz. Sparkling water
  • Apple Pie a la Mode Milkshake
  • 1 oz. Cider Concentrate
    1/2 oz. Caramel syrup
    4 oz. Milk
    1 Scoop vanilla ice cream
    1 Piece of graham cracker
    Blend until smooth
  • Apple Ginger Iced Tea
  • 1 oz. Cider Concentrate
    7 oz. Iced tea
    1/4 oz. Ginger syrup
    serve over ice with mint garnish

  • Spiced Cider Switchel

    1 oz. Cider Concentrate
    1 oz. Apple cider vinegar (with the mother if you’re looking for that extra health kick)
    A 1 inch hunk of ginger grated
    ½ a lime, juiced
    2 cups of water

    Grate the ginger and muddle with lime
    Add Cider concentrate, cider vinegar, and water
    Refrigerate for an hour or overnight
  • Apple Pie Smoothie
  • 2 oz. Cider Concentrate
    1 cup Almond milk
    1/2 cup Ice
    1/4 cup Walnuts (or Almonds)
    Blend until smooth
  • Cider Fauxhito
  • 1/2 of a lime, muddled
    1 Sprig of fresh mint, muddled
    2 oz. Cider Concentrate
    12 oz. Club soda or seltzer

    Muddle the lime and mint
    Mix in the cider concentrate and club soda
    Garnish with mint and lime
  • Apple Mint Smoothie
  • 3 tbsp. Cider Concentrate
    1 Ripe banana
    2/3 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup Oat milk
    1/2 cup Baby spinach
    1/4 cup Mint leaves
    2/3 cup Ice

    Blend until smooth
    Garnish with a mint sprig
  • Spiced Apple Oatmeal Smoothie
  • 1 cup Oat milk
    4 tbsp Cider Concentrate
    1 Banana
    1/4 cup Oats
    1 tbsp Peanut butter
    1 tsp Chia seeds
    1 tsp Vanilla extract
    1 cup Ice

    Blend until smooth
    Garnish with a sprinkle of chia seeds
  • Spiced Apple Butterbeer
  • 1 oz. Cider Concentrate
    2 tbsp Butterscotch sauce
    6 oz. Seltzer
    Whipped Cream

    Add the cider concentrate and butterscotch sauce to the bottom of a large mug. Stir to combine. Add 3-4 ice cubes to the glass and then fill with seltzer. Gently stir to dissolve. Top the mug with whipped cream and an additional drizzle of butterscotch.
